We have bought and sold at least four places through Jay's office and are very impressed with Jay's commitment and integrity. He is totally up front about issues with the property and is very thorough with the legal and title information. When we bought our White Lake property through another realtor he did not tell us (assuming he didn't know) that we needed a water license to draw water from the lake. When we sold that property Jay found out that the license had not been transferred to our name and helped us get it done so the new owners would not get stuck with a problem.
